The Zekler Fusion Auto-Darkening Welding Helmet  Sytem is for use by those who weld on a daily basis and want a helmet they can rely on.

Features a soft pliable face piece sealing flange with rolled edges. Comfortable forehead protector with ratchet-knob adjustment.

The welding helmet system comprises: helmet with welding shield, welding cassette, outside and inside protection plates (for simple replacement without removing the shield) and a sweatband.

Replacement welding cassettes, outer and inner protection plates and sweatbands are available. 

In accordance with EN 379 and EN 175.

Fusion 1000 Welding Helmets give –

Zekler welding cassettes give –
• Light setting, light state 4
• Darkened position variable between states 9,10, 11, 12 & 13
• Variable sensitivity adjustment to counter exterior light conditions
• Variable delay adjustment (0.2 to 0.8 seconds) for changing from dark back to light
• Reaction time from light to dark of 0.15ms at 23°C
• UV and IR protected. UV15 IR14 constant
• No batteries required as powered by solar cells

Auto darkening welding shields darken when welding arc is lit allowing use of both hands during entire welding process and reducing neck pain. The glass and shield provide the wearer with protection against both UV and IR radiation

Welding shields with darkened glass protect the eyes and face. Lens shade is chosen dependant on type of welding  shown in table below, in accordance with EN169.
